3D sand printing technology is used in foundry processes, simplifying small batch casting and new product development processes.

3D sand mold manufacturing (PCM) is one of the most advanced casting technologies currently available, combining traditional sand molding technology with 3D printing. This technology can quickly create sand molds and cores that are effective for casting complex parts. PCM does not need a template and can reduce production cycle and cost. In addition, PCM also integrates various technologies such as CAD model design, 3D printing, intelligent CNC, rapid molding, new materials, mechanical and electrical technology, etc.

Using PCM to produce castings results in high dimensional accuracy, machining tolerances and surface quality better than standard mold making techniques. The mold printing process not only significantly reduces development and production time, but also significantly reduces production costs.
