AMSolid-X260Е

Based on selective laser fusion of metal powders (L-PBF \ SLM) technology.  The 3D printer comes configured with one or two 500W or 2x500 IPG lasers and heated build platform up to 200C. In the AM Solid-X260 model, the company has adopted a top-feed powder system, which provides a speed advantage over machines based on the classic bottom-feed metal powder system, which, combined with Scanlab's high-speed scanning system, provides excellent performance in molding metal alloy products. The increased molding speed and a wide range of proven material modes make the machine versatile for use in various industrial and medical applications for metal printing of serial products, training in colleges and universities, research and development (R&D).
The AM Solid-X260E 3D printer is equipped with proprietary LiMPCS software. This software ensures high-quality 3D printer operation and allows you to control all printer systems and printing parameters, process monitoring and real-time logging. 

The AM Solid-X260E is designed to work with a wide range of metal-powder compositions such as titanium-based alloys, aluminum, nickel, cobalt-chromium alloys, maraging steel, stainless steel alloys and a wide range of other materials and alloys and can be used in a variety of applications such as industrial manufacturing, medicine, education, dentistry, materials development, etc.

IPG Photonics Laser

For the AM Solid-X260 series printers, 500W lasers from the world-renowned IPG brand have been selected, which have excellent beam pattern and high stability, especially suitable for additive manufacturing. The lasers have a long service life and technical support in local markets

Powder distribution system

The system has the shape of portal knife frame and the patented technology of single/double direction variable speed powder spreading, which can guarantee the powder spreading accuracy and rigidity of the structure for a long time. At the same time, ensure high quality powder distribution, high accuracy of the conveying mechanism, and the powder distribution layer thickness and powder distribution quality are constant and stable.

Gas filtration system

A “permanent” recirculating filtration system is used: the system consists of a recirculating cleaning cartridge, a high-pressure fan, a differential pressure sensor and a cyclone separator. The high-pressure fan provides air circulation, the differential pressure sensor is used to monitor the condition of the filter cartridge, and the cartridge itself filters combustion products and fine powder particles.

  • Filter life ≥ 100000 hours, no need to replace the filter element during the whole life of the equipment.
  • Metal dust emission concentration <0.1 mg/m3, ensuring a clean chamber.
  • Equipped with a class H filter unit, this unit provides the final filtration of the inert gas and guarantees the purity of the inert gas.
